IGM Advisers Group has completed the valuation of a tourism facility on the territory of the Kolsay Lakes — one of the most picturesque and promising natural clusters of Kazakhstan, located in Almaty Region on the territory of the State National Natural Park “Kolsay Lakes”.
There the IGM Advisers team also participated in the development of the concept of an eco-village — a tourism complex created in the logic of sustainable tourism development: with minimal environmental impact, integration of local communities and creation of value for tourists.
The project organically fits into the strategic agenda of IGM Advisers in the field of sustainable tourism. The Kolsay Lakes possess significant investment potential: a growing domestic and inbound tourist flow, a unique natural environment and virtually absent high-quality tourism infrastructure create conditions for the implementation of projects that combine commercial viability with a contribution to the preservation of ecosystems.
Professional valuation of the facility and participation in conceptual design are the first steps on the path to attracting financing and implementing the project in accordance with international standards of sustainable tourism of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).
