IGM Advisers Group reports an important stage in the implementation of the KazPetFood project — the construction of a plant for the production of pet food and treats for dogs and cats. Following work on attracting co-financing, indicative proposals have been received from two of the largest Development Institutes of Kazakhstan: Baiterek Venture Management (BVM) and the Industrial Development Fund (IDF).
Baiterek Venture Management is a subsidiary of the Baiterek holding, one of the key development institutions of Kazakhstan, specialising in venture financing and support of innovative projects with high growth potential.
The Industrial Development Fund is a state institution created to provide financial support to domestic production projects aimed at import substitution, creation of new production facilities and development of the non-resource sector of the Kazakhstani economy.
Receiving indicative proposals from both institutions simultaneously confirms the investment attractiveness of the project and its compliance with the priorities of state industrial policy. The project continues to develop according to the planned schedule.
IGM Advisers accompanies projects at all stages — from preparing justifications for investment projects to structuring financing deals.
